I would give 6 stars of I could. This it hands down the best customer experience a dentist office can get. They have 2 Netflix TVs with headphones for you, and protective sunglasses. They have a very friendly puppy that can always cheer you up if needed, and the patience they have for my kids has been excellent. I really have no complaints, Advice to customers istry not to cancel too late because they book up and you won't get in again for a month.

Before visiting, I wasn't sure how a dentist could have only 5-star reviews... but now I understand why! Lael, my hygienist, was thorough, gentile, and explained every part of the exam and what it meant. Dr. Castles was comprehensive and friendly, helping develop a plan for my dental health. Gretchen at the front desk was also extremely helpful at finding the details of my insurance plan and getting me checked in quickly. Could not recommend Holy City more for comfortable and thorough dental care!

Hands down the best dentist I have been to! Dr. Castles and her entire practice are so great at what they do while balancing having an amazing patient experience in the office. I recently had veneers done and couldn’t have asked for better results.

Before I arrived at the office most of my questions were answered. The lady at the front desk made my new patient process seamless and comfortable for me. My hygienist was thorough and did an excellent job with a great attitude. The dentist asked pertinent questions and gave me the knowledge to make decisions on priortizing future treatments. The entire experience felt like their separate skills were designed to provide a unified professional evaluation. A very pleasant visit.

This place is amazing! My hygienist Kacie was so thorough and super sweet, she made me feel right at home. Gretchen equally as kind in helping me get all set up for my appointment. Dr. Castle was so kind and easy to talk to. The office is so bright, clean, and full of super happy people, you can tell everyone loves their job. I never thought I would be someone who was excited to go to the dentist but now I can’t wait for my next visit!

One of the best dentist experiences I’ve ever had! Gretchen was extremely patient and kind while helping me schedule my appointment. My hygienist was amazing and super thorough when cleaning my teeth. She explained everything that would occur throughout the process which was super comforting. Dr. Castles was super efficient and kind as she went through all my scans with me and answered every question I had. Overall, a super welcoming group and a great experience from start to finish!!

Dr. Castle and all of her staff are very kind, patient, and gentle with my teeth. I’ve had three dentists in the past two years and this was the best dental experience.

The most welcoming dental environment I have ever been. I cannot recommend Dr. Castle’s practice enough. Everyone was incredibly friendly and each step of the process was laid out clearly before being done. Additionally, all recommendations for care moving forward were explained well and not pressured on me in the slightest. Their team seems to really care about each individual patient and take the time to get to know everyone that walks through their doors. They also have a wide range of amenities to help pass the time or ease the nerves for those who are nervous to have dental work. I will not go to another dental practice as long as Holy City Dentistry is in business.
